The measurements listed in our sizing guides are taken from
the finished garment, not from body measurements. For the best
comparison, choose a similar piece of clothing you already own that fits the
way you like.

Lay the garment flat on a smooth surface without stretching
it, then measure it using a soft measuring tape.

• Chest: Measure straight across the garment from armpit to armpit.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
• Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
• Waist or hips: Measure straight across the appropriate area of the garment while it is lying flat.

Compare those measurements with the sizing guide shown on
the product page. Because fit and sizing may vary between garment styles, always check the guide for the specific product you are ordering.

For measurements shown as a full circumference, double the
flat measurement taken across your garment. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit or the smaller size for a closer fit.

Fit can vary between garment styles, so we do not recommend choosing a size based only on what you normally wear.

Some Gaianyx garments are designed with a roomier, relaxed, or slightly cropped fit, while others have a closer, more streamlined cut. Smaller sizes may feel more oversized in certain styles, while larger sizes may fit closer to a traditional standard fit.

For the most accurate choice, review the sizing guide provided on the individual product page. The measurements shown are taken
from the finished garment. We recommend comparing them with a similar piece of clothing you already own that fits the way you like.

If you are between sizes or prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, consider choosing the larger size. For a closer fit, choose the size that most closely matches the measurements of your preferred garment.

Each Gaianyx garment is made to order. Production typically takes 1–6 business days before your order is prepared for shipment.

Production time is separate from shipping time and may vary slightly depending on the garment, order quantity, or periods of unusually high
demand. Once your order has completed production and ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Because every item is produced specifically for you, we appreciate your patience while your Gaianyx gear is being created.

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 5–15 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, local holidays, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. Production time is separate and generally takes an additional 1–6 business days before your order ships.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Once your order has completed production and ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment.

Please allow a little time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the label is created. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

If you still cannot locate your tracking information, contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help.

Yes. We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available in your area and to view the applicable
shipping cost.

Some countries or regions may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier limitations, local regulations, or international shipping restrictions. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Write a clear and concise answer to guide your customers.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Include your order number along with clear photos of:

• The damaged product
• The shipping package
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage to the packaging

Please keep the product and its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Once we receive the required information, we will evaluate the issue and work with our production and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

Claims for products or packages damaged during shipment must
be submitted within seven days of delivery.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us at admin@gaianyx.net within this seven-day period and include your order number, a description of
the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Claims submitted after the seven-day period may not be eligible for review.

Because every Gaianyx garment is made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after your order is placed.

Please contact us immediately with your order number. We will check the order’s production status and do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded due to a change of mind. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.

Always check the care label inside your garment before washing, as instructions may vary by fabric and style.

To help preserve the garment and printed design:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not use bleach or harsh cleaning products.
• Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat.
• Do not iron directly over the printed design. Iron the garment inside out or
  avoid the printed area.

Proper care will help maintain the garment’s shape, color, and design for as long as possible.

Gaianyx products are designed by us and made to order by our production partner, Tapstitch. Depending on the garment, destination, and availability, orders may be produced or fulfilled through facilities in the United States or China.

Our made-to-order model means garments are produced only after an order is placed. This helps reduce excess inventory, overproduction,
and the waste associated with unsold clothing.

Tapstitch reports using water-based or biodegradable printing inks, lower-impact washing and dyeing methods, and eco-conscious or recycled packaging. The exact fabric composition and production process may vary between products, so we encourage customers to review the material information provided on each product page.

While no apparel production process is completely free of environmental impact, we believe in being transparent about how our products are made and in supporting production practices that work to reduce unnecessary waste.
